Diese App wurde als Hobbyprojekt implementiert und veröffentlicht und ist kostenlos verfügbar. Inhalte der Labyrinthe werden zufällig generiert, Ähnlichkeiten und Muster sind daher rein zufällig.

This app was implemented, created and published as a hobby project and is free for use. Maze parts are generated randomly on your device and any similarities to shapes and patterns are totally random.

Um die Onlinefunktionalität zu nutzen, musst du der Datenschutzerklärung zustimmen.
Datenschutz ist uns wichtig und daher werden nur die nötigsten Daten übertragen.

Folgende Informationen werden gespeichert:

Der eingegebene Name (kann von allen gesehen werden)
Deine erreichten Punkte (können von allen gesehen werden)
Und der daraus entstehende Rang (kann von allen gesehen werden)

Technische Informationen

Für die Identifizierung wird eine zufällig generierte UUID benutzt, die deine ID widerspiegelt.
Für die verschlüsselte Übertragung an den Server werden deine IP-Adresse, das aktuelle Datum und ein Hash, der zufällig generiert wird, an den Server übertragen.

Um dich zu schützen, haben wir weder Google Play-Dienste noch Sonstiges integriert.

Wir als Betreiber dieser App nehmen Ihren Datenschutz sehr ernst und werden daher alle Daten vertraulich und nach den entsprechenden gesetzlichen Datenschutzvorschriften sowie dieser Datenschutzerklärung behandeln.

Die privaten Betreiber haben dieses Spiel unter dem Namen „Thall Games“ veröffentlicht. Die Betreiber bestehen aus (Angaben gemäß § 5 TMG):

Diese App benötigt für die Onlinefunktionalität nur die Internetrechte. Diese App nutzt KEINE Berechtigung für den eigenen Dateispeicher, Kontakte oder Ähnliches. Dies sehen Sie bei der Installation.

Sie können diese App auch rein offline verwenden, wodurch keine Kommunikation mit dem Server stattfindet. Beim Verwenden dieser App und der Onlinefunktion stimmen Sie den folgenden Datenschutzerklärungen zu.

Der Zweck der Datenerhebung dient der Highscore-Onlinefunktion. Diese Funktion ermöglicht das Austauschen einer weltweiten Bestenliste und dem daraus resultierenden Rang.

Um dies zu ermöglichen, werden folgende Daten gespeichert:

Der eingegebene Name. Dieser Name kann frei gewählt werden und ist von allen Spielern durch die Bestenliste sichtbar. Dieser Name darf ausdrücklich KEINE Beleidigungen, unerlaubten Ausdrücke, rassistische, sexistische oder ähnliche verbotene Inhalte beinhalten. Darüber hinaus sollte der Name auch keine direkte Identifizierung der Person zulassen.

Im normalen Spiel werden Punkte gesammelt. Wenn Sie die Onlinefunktion aktiviert haben, wird Ihre beste Punktzahl verschlüsselt an den Server gesendet. Diese Information ist auch für alle anderen sichtbar.

Aus den Informationen „eingegebener Name“ und „erreichte Punkte“ wird Ihr Rang aus den vorhandenen Daten berechnet. Diese Information ist öffentlich sichtbar.

Neben den für alle sichtbaren Informationen werden auch unsichtbare Informationen für die technische Umsetzung benötigt. Dies sind folgende Informationen:
Die UUID – eine zufällig alphanumerische Zeichenfolge, welche auf Ihrem Gerät zufällig generiert wird und Sie als Spieler identifiziert, damit wir Ihren Rang und Namen eindeutig zuordnen können.

Das aktuelle Datum für die Sortierung der Bestenliste und das Berechnen des richtigen Ranges.

Ein Hash, der die Integrität und Authentizität der übermittelten Daten an den Server sicherstellt. Diese Information wird benötigt, um sicherzustellen, dass die übermittelten Punkte auch wirklich von unserer App kommen und nicht durch Cheaten übermittelt werden. Dieser Hash ist eine Einwegfunktion.

Server Logs
Für die Übertragung werden auf dem Webserver folgende Informationen übertragen:
IP-Adresse und Hostname des zugreifenden Rechners, Uhrzeit der Serveranfrage, der UserAgent (der Informationen über das verwendete Betriebssystem sowie des Browsertyps und der Version beinhaltet), sowie die möglichen Verschlüsselungen, die von dem Endgerät akzeptiert werden, um eine geschützte und verschlüsselte TLS/SSL-Verbindung aufzubauen.

Sie haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, alle gespeicherten Informationen für den Highscore (eingegebener Name, Höchstpunktzahl, Rang, UUID) zu löschen, indem Sie in der Applikation unter „Einstellungen“ die Schritte „Onlineprofil“ -> „Alle Daten löschen“ durchführen.

Speicherort der Daten befindet sich in Deutschland. Die Informationen innerhalb der App werden auf dem Server thallgames.de gesichert, gespeichert und verarbeitet.

Wie von der europäischen DSGVO (GDPR) gefordert, können Sie auch ohne Onlinefunktion die Anwendung nutzen und spielen. Nur die Online-Highscore-Funktionalität ist dabei deaktiviert. Alle anderen Spielinhalte sind nutzbar.

Sie können die von uns aufgezeichneten Daten jederzeit in der Highscore-Seite innerhalb der Anwendung einsehen. Darüber hinaus können wir Ihnen aufgrund Ihrer Anfrage alle Informationen per E-Mail zukommen lassen. Bitte denken Sie daran, dass Sie bei der Anfrage Ihren aktuellen Spielername, Highscore sowie Ihre PlayerID benötigen. Diese Informationen finden Sie in der App unter Highscore -> Online Highscore und in Einstellungen -> Informationen PlayerID (xxxxxxxx-xxxx).

Bei Fragen, Problemen oder zum Löschen der Daten können Sie sich per E-Mail bei uns melden.

Neben den genannten Informationen, die wir in unserer App verwenden, werden durch den Google Play Store und der damit verknüpften Google Play Developer Console folgende anonymisierte Daten gespeichert:

Installation, Deinstallation, Land, Android-Version, Absturzbericht(e) und Bewertung.

Diese Informationen unterliegen Google und dessen Datenschutz- und Nutzungsbedingungen, die Sie mit Google und dem Google Play Store akzeptiert haben.

Widerspruch für Werbe-Mails

Die hier im Rahmen der Impressumspflicht veröffentlichten Kontaktdaten dürfen ausdrücklich NICHT für Werbung (SPAM, Werbemails usw.) und Informationsmaterialien verwendet werden. Einzige Ausnahme ist eine ausdrücklich angeforderte Information. Wir als Betreiber behalten es uns vor, rechtliche Schritte im Falle der unrechtmäßigen bzw. unverlangten Zusendung von jeglicher Werbung und Informationsmaterialien einzuleiten.

To use this application and the online functionality you have to accept the following data privacy (Datenschutzerklärung). Data privacy is very important to us and because of this, only the necessary data is transmitted.

Following information will be saved:
The entered name from you (can be seen from anyone)
Your reached score (can be seen from anyone)
The resulting rank (can be seen from anyone)
Technical information
A UUID is randomly generated on your device for identification and as ID.
For the encrypted and secure transportation and integrity and authentication, your IP address, the current date (with time) and a hash, that is randomly generated on your device, will be transmitted.

To protect your data privacy we don‘t use frameworks like Google Play services or any similar within this application.

Complete data privacy

We as the operators of this application and highscore online service take care of the data privacy and all information is confidential and after the corresponding German data privacy law. This data privacy is the translated version of the original data privacy policy in German (see above).

This app only uses the internet permission to use the online functionality. This app doesn‘t use any permission for your private data storage, contacts or any similar. You can see the used permission by installing the app.

You can use this app completely offline, where no data is transmitted to the server. By using this app and the online functionality you are accepting the following data privacy.

The purpose of the collected data is used for the highscore online functionality. This function or service allows to share your highest score and rank to other players worldwide.

To enable this, the following data will be saved:
Your submitted name. This name is freely chosen from you and is visible to all players through the highscore list. It is NOT ALLOWED to use offense, not allowed expressions, racist, sexist or any similar not allowed content. In addition, the name should not contain a direct identification of the person.

By playing a normal game, score is collected, and if the online function is active, your highest score will be encrypted transmitted to the server. This information is visible to all.

With the information of your entered name, the highest reached score, a rank will be calculated and this information is visible to all other players.

Beside of the information, that is visible for everyone, also not public visible information is needed for the technical implementation of this application:

The UUID - a randomly alpha numeric character string, that is randomly generated on your device and is used as identification for the player to calculate the correct rank and to match the name.

The current date of the submitted highscore for the correct sorting of the highscore list and the calculation of the correct rank.

A hash, that ensures the integrity and authenticity of the transmitted data to the server. This information is needed to safeguard the transmitted score that is really generated from the app itself and not through cheaters. This hash is a one-way function.

Server logs
For the transmitting to the web server, following information are transmitted:
The IP address and host-name of the device, time of the service request, the user agent (that contains information of the used operating system, browser type and version) and all possible cryptographic functions of the device to use the highest possible encryption for creating a TLS/SSL connection.

You have the possibility to remove all saved information of the highscore (entered name, highest score, rank and UUID). This is possible within the application in settings -> online profile and „remove all data“

All data is saved in Germany within the EU (European union). The information within the app is saved and processed on the server thallgames.de.

It’s possible to disable the online functionality of this app, as requested by the European GDPR. By disabling this function, the online highscore is disabled, but all other features of this game are available. You can change this anytime in the application.

The recorded information (name, highscore, rank) is reachable anytime in the online highscore screen. In addition to that, you can send us an mail with your current player name, highscore and player id to request the recorded data. This information can be found within the App under highscore -> Online Highscore and in Settings -> Information -> Player ID (in this format: xxxxxxxx-xxxx).

If you have any questions, problems or the deletion request, you can send us a mail.

Besides of the here displayed information, that we use within this app, Google Play Store and the connected Google Play Developer console provides the following anonymized data:

Installation, deinstallation, country, android version, crash report(s) and reviews.

This information is provided and being held by Google, their terms of use and data privacy policy still apply.

Objection for Advertisement / SPAM Mails

The published contact information within the Impressumspflicht (obligation to provide a masthead German Law) and the application is explicit not allowed to use for any kind of advertisement (SPAM, Adds, Advertisement mails and so on) and any other kind of information material. The only exception is an explicit requested information. We as the operators reserve the right to use legal steps in any case of the unlawful usage of any kind of advertisement and information material.
